If you find that something has been missed out or needs to be changed, we ask that you file an amendment request. You should give us details of the issue(s) you have with the work and why. We also ask that you provide us with any supporting feedback you may have.
We’ll review your amendment request against the initial instructions you provided. If something has been missed by accident, we’ll get your writer to resolve it ASAP and provide you with an amended version of the work. If your request is to add something new - such as more words - there may be an additional charge for the request.
How to request changes to your work
You can request changes at any time by logging into your control panel.
- Log in to your online account.
- Find your order and click the request amendment button. This will open the amendment request form for you to explain what you need.
- Explain the issue(s) you have with your work and what changes you would like. You can add multiple, separate issues if you like.
- Attach any supporting files or information, and click send amendment request.
- Our dedicated after care team will review your amendment request in full and get back to you ASAP.
How to request a refund
You can request a refund at any time by logging into your control panel.
- Log in to your online account.
- Find your order and click the leave feedback button.
- Select Request a Refund. This will open the 'messages' screen.
- Explain the problems with your work and why you believe you are entitled to a refund.
- Our dedicated after care will review your refund request and get back to you as soon as possible.
Tip: Attach the work you have completed yourself, alongside the confirmation of the grade you have received and the feedback from your tutor explaining why you have received this grade (if this is relevant to your request).
